Holy shit that's a lot of wasted mods! Especially since you can't expert salvage blues to get that 20% death+1 mod back.
You can get 75-100k for this collector staff, but it'll depend on your salesman skills.  If you can't find a buyer, I'm willing to buy it for a few platinum. |

If you can persuade someone to buy yours since it will be hard to find the +1Death magic, well basicaly that exact same staff then you can sell for what AncientPC mentioned.
